Alec Jacobs is a passionate and experienced coach currently serving as a ECNL coach at East Meadow Soccer Club, working primarily with boys’ teams. In addition to his coaching role, Alec is the Program Director of Bethpage United FC, a growing EDP program where he is focused on building a strong foundation for long-term player and club development. Prior to these roles, Alec spent three years coaching within NYCFC’s youth and academy programs, primarily at their Long Island Talent Centers, where he played a key role in identifying and nurturing emerging talent. Alec brings a player-first approach to coaching, emphasizing technical development, game understanding, and character both on and off the field. With a strong commitment to youth development and a growing leadership role in the Long Island soccer community, Alec continues to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of players.
