Andy Figueroa is the Boys Head Coach for the 2016 and 2015 NEAL teams at Albertson Soccer Club, where he leads and develops young athletes in one of the most competitive youth soccer environments. With a deep passion for the game, Andy focuses on building technical skills, tactical awareness, and leadership qualities in his players. He brings a player-first philosophy to his coaching, emphasizing individual growth while fostering a strong team dynamic. Andy played college soccer at Baruch College, where he gained valuable insights into the competitive nature of collegiate athletics. His experience as a player informs his approach as a coach, allowing him to connect with players on a personal level while pushing them to reach their full potential. Andy is dedicated to the development of youth players, aiming to equip them with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.
