Jorge Gonzalez has been coaching soccer for over 11 years, with a strong foundation in youth development and a growing presence in the men’s game. After stepping away from playing at a highly competitive level, Jorge dedicated himself fully to coaching, where his passion and leadership continue to make an impact. He currently works with East Coast on the boys' side, coaching five teams across multiple age groups: 2016, 2015, 2010, 2008, and the Men’s UPSL Premier team. His hands-on approach and commitment to player growth have made him a valuable asset to the club. Jorge is deeply focused on creating a positive and competitive environment, drawing from his own playing experience and years on the sidelines. As he continues to expand his role within the game, he values the opportunity to collaborate with other seasoned coaches and contribute to the overall development of players at all levels.
