Step-by-Step Player & Parent Travel Checkouts

Step 1 — Player Program Checkout

1. Open the player registration link:https://app.360player.com/registration/nyempirefc/9848cdc9-2914-46d1-bb56-2e92197c262c

2. Complete the player’s program checkout in full.
   

Step 2 — Add Guests and Complete Travel Checkout

1. Open the guest registration link:https://app.360player.com/registration/nyempirefc/d2f55aef-4f86-4cf0-af77-aec41ed51e4f 

2. During the registration process, you’ll have the option to add guests (parents, siblings, or others traveling).

3. Each guest will need their own 360Player account, which can be created right from within this step.

4. Once each guest account is added, continue through the process to complete their travel checkout.

5. Repeat this step for every traveler in your group.
   

Step 3 — Confirm Responsible Adult

Make sure at least one responsible adult completes their travel checkout along with the player’s program checkout by the deadline below.

Please complete Steps 1–3 no later than Friday, October 24, 2025 for your player and one responsible adult.The earlier you complete all registrations, the more time you’ll have to pay off the trip balance.

Important Notes

• Rooming & Team Blocks: We’re working hard to keep teams and families together throughout the trip. Guests who register after our travel blocks begin to fill may not receive the same accommodations (same hotels, room types, or buses).
  

• Late registrations are not guaranteed to be included with team travel or hotel groups.
  

• If you need help creating 360Player accounts or completing checkout, reply to this email and we’ll walk you through it.
