NY Empire FC is proud to announce Alec Jacobs as the Head Coach for the 2015 Boys team in our prestigious International Soccer Experience (ISX) program. As part of the program, Coach Jacobs will lead a talented group of elite players to represent NY Empire at the Donosti Cup in San Sebastián, Spain in July 2026—one of the world’s premier youth soccer tournaments.
Tryouts for this exclusive opportunity will take place this September, and NY Empire is seeking the best and brightest talent from across Long Island and the greater tri-state area.

A Proven Leader in Long Island Soccer
Coach Alec Jacobs brings a decade of high-level coaching and player development experience to ISX. He currently serves as Head Coach at East Meadow Soccer Club, where he oversees the 2015–2017 Boys Pre-ECNL teams, guiding some of the region’s top young players through one of the most competitive leagues in the country.
He is also the Director of Bethpage United Football Club, where he has built a reputation for developing dominant teams and producing technically gifted, tactically sharp players.
“Alec is one of the most respected youth coaches on Long Island,” said NY Empire Director of Coaching, Max Ferro. “He has a deep understanding of how to build a team culture, compete at a high level, and get the very best out of his players.”

Ready for the Global Stage
Coach Jacobs is excited to bring his expertise to NY Empire’s ISX platform and prepare the 2015 Boys to compete on the international stage.
“To represent NY Empire at the Donosti Cup is an incredible opportunity,” said Jacobs. “It’s not just about showcasing our talent abroad—it’s about preparing players to rise to the challenge of international soccer. I’m honored to be part of this journey.”
What He’s Looking For
Jacobs is focused on building a squad of technically sound, high-IQ, competitive players who thrive in intense environments and have a passion to learn and grow.
“I’m looking for players who are fearless, coachable, and hungry to compete,” he added. “We want players who take pride in their work, play with purpose, and elevate those around them.”
Under Jacobs' guidance, the 2015 Boys will not only be equipped to compete at the Donosti Cup—they'll be ready to make a statement on behalf of NY Empire and Long Island soccer.

Tryouts This Fall
Tryouts for the NY Empire ISX 2026 Boys 2015 team will be held in September 2025. This is an elite-level program designed for players who are serious about their development and eager to experience international competition.
